IS CHRISTIANITY A FORM OF CONTROL and why do you believe in someone you have only read about or heard of?

WHAT HAS CONVINCED YOU THAT JESUS EXISTED!!! pLEASE DO NOT SAY BECAUSE THE BIBLE SAYS SO, BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY FICTIONAL CHARACTERS THAT PEOPLE DO NOT WORSHIP AND I WONDER WHY THEY CHOSE A FEW RELIGOUS FIGURES TO WORSHIP.WHY DON'T YOU BELEIVE AND WORSHIP BARBIE...jUST WANT TO KNOW WHY PEOPLE DON,T QUESTIONS OLD BELIEFS.IS CHRISTIANITY A FORM OF CONTROL and why do you believe in someone you have only read about or heard of?
Its all about Faith yes. but you can test it as well. I have many testimonies to proof that there is a God. Things that happen every day wich i ask of God. I dont believe in coinsedince.

Read the Bible And Pray. I promise you that u will get answers if you put your heart to itIS CHRISTIANITY A FORM OF CONTROL and why do you believe in someone you have only read about or heard of?
IT ALL HAS TO DO WITH SOMEONES FAITH, AND IT'S NOT A FORM OF CONTROL, WHEN YOU DIE, YOU CAN FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF
Wow. You are a very scared, lonely little girl, aren't you.
it goes beyond the story being percieved as fiction. Faith operates beyond sight and sound and christianity has stablized my life amidst the crazyness that goes on in the world. you may see it as controlling but in reality rules save lives. we aren't forced to conform to its values, its our choice. sometimes it is safer to operate within boundaries but at the end of the day you decide what you want out of life... and success in life entails living according to guidelines which ensure safety and a key to success. Why don't i question old beliefs? Christianity is changing and is adapting to the modern world. There must be however core beliefs that musnt change (jesus saves, belief in the holy spirit, God will judge in the end)- these are some of them. This is for your own good... believing that jesus is my salvation is one of them. If you are going to question even core beliefs like this then everything is up for interpretation and no more stability according to christian values. like an engine needs oil in order for it to run at all, the basic doctrines of christianity must be in place in order for it to be stable. people dismiss the idea that god will send people to hell... we send ourselves to hell because we vigioursly defend our choice to choose 'what we want'. Again we have a choice and God will respect that but people have to be aware of consequences to our choices and every choice has a result attached to it. others say ';God is a God of love';... but he is also a God of justice, and in this age of individuality and freedom to believe in our own concept of the after life, we can choose not to believe in bad consequences to our choices. we don't take stock of the realities of what maybe in store for those when they die and are confronted with the reality of God. it is your choice to not believe and are entitled to it, but it is also your ownership of choices you make. what have people got to lose? nothing if he doesnt exist, and everything to gain if he does and you meet him when you die and have accepted him into your heart before death.
I cant believe the beauty in my daughter came from the sum of her parts(me and dad) or that my sister finally got a transplant and lived. Yes these are things that you may say could have happened without god, but I need to believe theres something more.
All religion is a big ego trip for the people at the top, they enjoy wield power over people who are weak and are easy to brainwash.
please get this **** out of the rugby section
what has this got to do with rugby
