How to make a form where photograph of a person should come along with name using ado control in vb?

as in access northwind project there is employee table, where name of employee and photo of that employee is stored. how to show the photo of employee when name of employee is chosen in form in vb using ado control? This i have done using data control but it is not coming using ado control. kindly guide.How to make a form where photograph of a person should come along with name using ado control in vb?
First create a database using ADO Connection and dont forget to create table for storing data, using a commondialog box to retrieve the file where the picture is located. and save it in the datbase.
